How we use data and measurement technologies
This notice describes the data processed when you use curs-romana.ro or submit a quote request.
Form data
We process the information you provide — name, company, email, phone and request details — to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. FormSubmit delivers the message to tiberiu@focica.com.
Google Ads measurement
We use the Google Ads tag AW-10904638395 to understand whether a campaign generated a quote request. Advertising storage, personalisation and advertising user-data signals are denied by default and enabled only if you accept. Enhanced conversions are disabled and we do not send the information entered in the form to Google.
Cookies and preferences
Necessary storage supports core site functions and stores your privacy choice. If you reject optional measurement, Google signals remain denied. You can reopen Preferences at any time using the button shown on the site.
Technical and attribution data
When the form is submitted, we may include the landing page, referrer and campaign parameters such as gclid or UTM values to identify the source of the request and evaluate the campaign.
Retention and your rights
We keep information only as long as needed to answer your request, continue the commercial conversation and meet applicable obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion at hello@curs-romana.ro.
Third-party services
FormSubmit delivers form messages, while Google processes measurement signals according to your preferences. Please review each provider’s policy for details of its own processing.
